Why should I choose Keira Conveyancing?
Conveyancer or Solicitor?
If you are buying or selling real estate in the Wollongong / Illawarra / South Coast region of NSW you will need to seek advice from a property law solicitor or a conveyancer. Most clients are concerned about the costs charged by property law solicitors and lawyers, but also want to make sure that they are getting the best possible advice. Keira Conveyancing offers clients fixed conveyancing rates (whether you are Buying or Selling), but your matter will always be handled by one of our property law solicitors.
When we say that your matter will be conducted by a solicitor, we also mean it. Unlike the ‘discount conveyancing’ firms you will find on the internet our solicitors take your matter from start to finish. If you have a question you speak to your solicitor - and not to another staff member allocated to your matter because the file is not profitable enough to the firm. We promise we’re different and we promise that you’ll be pleased that you found us.
Selling Real Estate- don’t miss the sale.
Not only does Keira Conveyancing have competitive fixed conveyancing costs for people selling their property in the Wollongong / Illawarra / South Coast region, but included within this fixed conveyancing rate is our express contract preparation service. Real Estate agents cannot list a property for sale without having a contract for sale prepared by a conveyancer or property solicitor. Keira Conveyancing will have a contract emailed to you and/or the real estate agent in PDF for advertising purposes either the same day or the next business day after receiving instructions. You may even help us get started by entering your details here. The complete contract will be issued as soon as the Wollongong / Shellharbour / Kiama council issues the zoning certificate (usually within 5-7 business days).
Buying – Should I sign the contract?
If you are buying real estate in the Wollongong / Illawarra / South Coast region of NSW you will be asked to sign a contract. Before you sign the contract you need to know what you are agreeing to, so you need to get advice from a conveyancer or property law solicitor. The longer you wait for advice the greater the risk that the property will be sold so you need to get advice as soon as possible. In most cases Keira Conveyancing will be able to give you advice the same business day as we receive the contract, but no later than the next business day. We can also provide you with a s.66w certificate if required.
