To ensure this does not happen keira conveyancing provides an express contract preparation service for all our clients - you can even help us get started with the contract by entering details of your property here.

Once a purchaser has been found it is common for the purchaser to request amendments to the contract. We'll advise you on these amendments to ensure you are protected, organise for the discharge of your mortgage (if applicable) and keep you updated along the way to ensure a smooth sale. All matters at keira conveyancing are also conducted by our property law solicitors - so you're in safe hands.    

Have You Instructed an Agent?

Before the agent can list the property for sale they need a Contract for Sale - the sooner they have the contract, the sooner they can list the property for sale.

If required keira conveyancing will provide the agent with an emailed contract in pdf format for advertising purposes the next business day after being instructed. The complete contract will be issued as soon as the Wollongong, Shellharbour or Kiama Council provide us with the zoning certificate - usually within 3-5 business days.

Following receipt of your instructions you are allocated your own qualified solicitor who will take your matter from start to finish.
