Terms and Conditions 1. I warrant that I am the owner of this property / have the owner’s permission to instruct keira conveyancing to prepare the Contract for Sale. 2. I acknowledge that keira conveyancing may elect to verify my identity and/or authority before they commence work on preparation of the Contract for Sale. 3. The information provided to keira conveyancing is, to the best of my knowledge correct. I agree to notify keira conveyancing if I become aware of any changes to the property or if any notices are issued from Council or any statutory authority. 4. Following preparation of the Contract I agree to pay keira conveyancing $330 (incl GST) plus the costs of any third party searches/certificates* that keira conveyancing incurs on my behalf in preparing a Contract for Sale. 5. I agree that the costs of preparing Contract for Sale will become payable on the settlement of this matter, or within 14 days, if after one month a purchaser is not located or I decide to take the property off the market. 6. Once a purchaser has been found I agree to instruct keira conveyancing to do all the work necessary (including discharging the mortgage) to take the matter to the scheduled settlement date, being 6 weeks after the date of the contract (unless otherwise instructed). 7. I agree to pay keira conveyancing a further sum of $770 (incl GST) plus any agent’s fees** to take the matter to the scheduled settlement date and discharge my mortgage if applicable. 8. I agree that the above costs will be paid to keira conveyancing on or before the scheduled settlement date on the Contract for Sale (normally 6 weeks after the date of the Contract). *= Third party certificates/searches are those searches and certificates that are required to be included in the Contract for Sale in accordance with s.52A of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (eg. Council zoning certificate/sewer diagram/title search). **= agents fees: if there is a mortgage on title we may be required to instruct an agent to attend settlement at your banks nominated location. These agent’s fees will not exceed $55 (incl GST).
