Hassle free means you just want to know our costs, right? We’ll charge you $330 (incl GST) for providing you with a detailed written advice (provided the next business day), suggesting amendments to the contract and negotiating these amendments with the vendor’s solicitor. If you’re happy with the property and decide to sign the contract we’ll charge you a further $770 (incl GST) plus third party costs** to take the matter through to the scheduled settlement date. You can pay us as soon as you like, but we’re just as happy to wait until settlement. Our costs include all the work on the matter to take it to the scheduled settlement date and includes online access with your own unique keira key.

**Third party costs and searches: As you know, there are a myriad of searches, enquires and reports that you can order to learn as much as possible about your property. Within our detailed written advice we set out your options to obtain pest and building reports, surveyors, title insurance, strata reports and government searches and enquires (see buyer beware). We don’t load on these costs, just pass on whatever the third party’s costs are– we’ll also advise you of those costs before we proceed to order them on your behalf.
