How much can I save?

The size of the discount will depend on the amount financed by the IMB, for example:

$250,000 loan = discount of $625 (that's a saving of more than 50%*)
$300,000 loan = discount of $750 (that's a saving of more than 65%*)
$350,000 loan = discount of $875 (that's a saving of 80%*)
$400,000 loan = discount of $1,000 (that's a saving of more than 90%*)

How do I qualify?

Discounted conveyancing is available to purchasers introduced to IMB by keira conveyancing. To be eligible for this discount you must register your details with keira conveyancing to obtain your discount voucher before seeing your local IMB branch for loan pre-approval.
