Section 66w Certificate


Found a house that you love? Don’t want to lose it but the vendor won’t accept a signed contract without a s.66w certificate?

A s.66w certificate is a document  signed by  a solicitor or conveyancer which is accordance with section 66w of the Conveyancing Act. The effect of a s.66w certificate is to waive any cooling off rights that you may have. 

Provided you’ve read our written advice on the contract or have met with us in conference to go over the contract, we’ll provide you with a s.66w certificate to waive your cooling off rights.
