There is no cooling off period if you buy at auction or on the same day as the property was auctioned and as such it is important that you obtain the right advice, obtain finance approval and satisfy yourself of the condition of the property before you make a bid. We’ll make sure we play our part by providing you with a detailed written advice on the contract the next business day (or sooner if the auction is less than one business day away).
